BuildHive operates on a subscription-based model, offering both monthly and annual subscription plans for our custom software solutions. Due to the nature of our service, refunds are limited and will only be granted under specific conditions as outlined below.

2. Subscription Fees

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Fees for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions
If you have subscribed to an annual plan, you may request a refund within the first 14 days of the subscription. After this 14-day window, no refunds will be issued. If you cancel after the refund period, you will still have access to the Service for the remainder of the paid period.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you decide not to continue with a paid subscription, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges. Once a subscription begins after a free trial, the refund terms outlined in section 2 apply.

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • A technical issue or bug in the Service prevents you from accessing essential features, and we are unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe.

  • A billing error results in an incorrect charge.

  • The request falls within the refund window as specified in section 2.

5. No Refunds for Custom Development

Please note that any fees paid for custom software development, additional services, or consultations are non-refundable once the work has commenced. This is due to the time and resources dedicated to customizing solutions for your business.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account details (email and business name)

  • A brief description of the issue or reason for the refund request

  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting documentation

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue is considered a violation of our Refund Policy. If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and take appropriate legal action.
